ERP Solution Architect with 15+ years of full-cycle ERP delivery in manufacturing, mining, and FMCG. I apply structured implementation methodology — fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, iterative prototyping — to deliver systems that work in real industrial environments, not just on paper.
Current Projects
Currently serving as Functional Architect on two active international programs:
LKZ Kazakhstan — locomotive manufacturing under Wabtec Corporation governance. Full ERP scope covering production costing, procurement-to-pay, and warehouse management.
ITG Imperial Brands — ERP migration from SAP/QAD completed December 2024 across 11 functional domains including federal track-and-trace compliance for the Russian market.
Approach & Methodology
Every ERP engagement starts with understanding the business, not the system. My delivery approach combines:
- As-Is / To-Be process design using ARIS (EPC, BPMN)
- Functional specifications that bridge business and development teams
- Integration scoping across financial, operational, and regulatory domains
- Iterative prototyping to validate solutions before go-live
Architecture background: TOGAF 9. This means I think in systems — not just modules.

SRS for RuCard AURA Processing Operations Subsystem (November 2016 — January 2017)
Designed and specified the operational accounting subsystem for e-wallet transaction processing:
- Fee and commission accrual engine: aggregator rewards, agent commissions, processing fees, bank commissions — calculated per transaction at MFS data upload
- Integration with MFS (Mobile Financial Services): customer data import, wallet data, outgoing transactions (RIRTS, IPSP, CyberPlat, e-wallet top-ups)
- Integration with CBS (Core Banking System) via SOAP: incoming funds registers from BPAs, account posting data, wallet and transaction registers
AI & Emerging Technology
Active application of Generative AI across all stages of the project lifecycle — chain-of-thought reasoning, structured prompt frameworks, AI-assisted functional design.
Current R&D work:
- Scheduling module prototype for discrete manufacturing based on discrete-event simulation (Salabim) with OR-Tools CP-SAT solver
- Enterprise chatbot prototype based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology
Background
10 years as Chief Economist before transitioning to ERP consulting — this gives me finance domain depth that most architects lack. I understand what CFOs need, not just what the system can do.
Led project teams of up to 30 people in cross-functional and international settings. Generated $6M pre-sales pipeline through solution design and executive presentations.
