Senior ERP Business Analyst with 15+ years of full-cycle ERP implementation delivery in manufacturing, FMCG, and mining & processing industries.
Domain depth in finance and production accounting was shaped by 10 years working in industry – from economist in a planning department to Chief Economist. This professional and life experience gives me an understanding of the needs of every stakeholder across the full management hierarchy, and enables effective communication with both shop-floor personnel and C-level executives in holding structures.
IT depth comes from 15+ years of ERP-class system implementation – from programmer-consultant through to solution architect.
Current project: designing a comprehensive IT landscape for Kazphosphat LLP (Kazakhstan) based on 1C ERP.
Recently completed:
- ERP migration for an Imperial Brands subsidiary (2 business units, 300 users, 11 functional domains, federal track-and-trace compliance)- full requirements to go-live lifecycle under multinational governance.
- ERP implementation programme at LKZ locomotive plant (Kazakhstan) under Wabtec Corporation (US) governance.
SAP R/3 CO/FI since 2006; SAP C_TS4CO_2023 in progress (exam: October 2026). TOGAF 9 Foundation course completed. Functional specifications, as-is/to-be process design, backlog management, UAT – full BA lifecycle across all major projects.
